auto-switching lte & battery backup
When a blackout or internet outage occurs, our system detects the outage and instantly switches to your backup system in order to keep you running. We can set up a secondary internet service to kick in when the first has a disruption, or install a cellular modem and run your network off of LTE. Our battery backup units keep your system powered for an hour or more during an outage, and protect your equipment from harmful electrical fluctuations.
Convenient cloud Management
We vet security & system updates thoroughly when they release, then push them out to our users via our secure cloud dashboard during off-hours to minimize down-time or interruption. Networks are regularly scanned for RF congestion and tuned to optimal channels. WiFi experience is checked regularly to ensure all devices in the home have a robust connection.
