Here's how it works:

1. Book a time online with Ari for purchase advice on the right machine for your needs.

2. We send you a link to a shopping cart at Apple to buy the new machine, or we order it on your behalf, delivered to one of our technicians.

3. We schedule a time to pick up your back-up drive (or help you set one up).

4. Our tech does the migration from your back-up to the new machine.

5. We deliver the machine fully set up and ready to go.

6. We spend up to an hour in-person, which includes making sure everything transferred tidily, and providing a tour of the bells and whistles in the new hardware and software.

7. We will wipe your old machine if you’d like, and order you a recycling kit from Apple.
